Syracuse University Press is an academic publisher founded in 1943 by Chancellor William P. Tolley at Syracuse University in New York. Established to support scholarly communication and the university’s intellectual mission, the press focuses on specialized fields such as Middle East studies, Native American studies, Irish studies, regional New York history, and cultural studies.
